This is the original Crescent Moon Clown doll handmade by Nigel Bach. Doll is a bit dirty from the film but it is the original. It also appeared briefly in several other films.

This is one of two Ghost Meter's used in many of the Bad Ben Films. It runs on a 9V battery and it works. Full disclosure, although this was used in the films you could purchase this online for a set price.
